Apply a thin layer of Betnovate-N Cream, once or twice a day, to affected areas of skin only. You may see an improvement in your skin within a week depending on the severity of your condition.

Betnovate-N Cream is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Neomycin. Betamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth on the skin by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
